The overheating of the diesel generator will also worsen the combustion process of the diesel engine, causing the injector to work abnormally, the atomization is poor, and the carbon deposit increases. After the diesel generator set is turned off, the circulation of the cooling system water stops, the heat dissipation capacity is sharply reduced, and the heated parts lose cooling, which is easy to cause the cylinder head, cylinder liner, cylinder block and other parts to overheat, produce cracks, or cause the piston to expand excessively and get stuck in the cylinder liner. Before rehydration, first clean the dirt around the filling port to prevent it from falling into the battery cell, then open the filling port and add a proper amount of distilled water or purified water. Do not overfill it. Otherwise, when the battery is discharged/charged, the electrolyte inside the diesel engine will gush out from the overflow hole of the filling port, cause corrosion damage to the surrounding objects and the environment. Avoid the battery starting the unit at low temperature, the battery capacity will not be able to output normally under low temperature environment, and long-term discharge may cause battery failure. The standby generator set battery shall be regularly maintained and charged, and may be equipped with a floating charger. Diesel generator battery maintenance tips: First, check whether the battery charge is normal. If you have a three-use ammeter, after starting the engine, measure the voltage at the two poles of the battery. It must exceed 13V to be normal. In order to avoid noise from the outside of the machine room, the exhaust system must be equipped with an exhaust muffler air groove. 4. room outside the diesel engine exhaust system silencing: After the exhaust air of the diesel engine is silenced by the exhaust silencer duct, there is still high noise outside the engine room. The exhaust air must be silenced by the silencer duct set outside the engine room, so as to minimize the noise. The exterior of the silencer duct is brick wall structure and the interior is sound-absorbing board. 5. diesel engine exhaust muffler system: The exhaust gas emitted by the diesel engine produces a certain amount of noise. We add a muffler to the exhaust gas emission system of the unit.
